Apple Athletic Club's various weight loss programs embody
all the latest and historical empirical data for successful weight loss and management of one's weight for a life time.
Apple will not fall for the various short term programs that are and will forever
be on every TV, radio program or in every magazine and book stand. You won't find us trying to hawk shoes that help you lose
weight and tone your buttocks. We won't sell lotions and potions, set you up on expensive mail order meal plans or crazy starvation
diets and injections of placenta juice!
Why? Because Apple Athletic Club is not about short-term profits at your
short and long term health expense. We want to teach you how to exercise correctly and show you what, how and when to eat
healthy foods. We want to show you that you don't have to "give it all up" to lose weight. Eating should be an enjoyable
experience. DUH!
Apple's weight loss/healthy eating program is called the "Beyond Fitness" program and
employs the following principles born out of large clinical trials reviewed by the National Institute of Health. The
studies show that successful weight managers rely on these five principles to lose weight and maintain weight loss.
