Nancy Morse is co-owner of the Idaho office of The Entrepeneur's Source, the nation's leading franchise and business coaching organization.  The company offers assistance to individuals exploring self-employment and works with existing small and medium sized business owners to help improve their operations.

A critical component of the TES ystem is utilization of the DISC program.  After receiving initial and ongoing training from Target Training International (TTI), Nancy utilizes DISC components with all clients, both new and existing business owners, to help individuals and organizations better understnad their style and assist in establishing an effective coach-client relationship.  As a recognized authority on DISC, Nancy is asked routinely to speak to various groups and organizations on the utilization of the various components of the DISC system.

Nancy is a graduate of the University of Vermont.  In addition to owning a successful business, she has over 20 years experience in education, coaching and franchising.  Prior to becoming a business owner, Nancy was an educator specializing in high school mathematics.  Nancy is married and has two children and one grandchild.  In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family and being active in several community organizations.

Her goal is to help people fulfill their dreams of self-reliance and reap the benefits of successful business ownership.
