Jill Phillips is a Financial Advisor with Waddell and Reed. In her previous experience as a loan officer,
Jill saw all too often people who were struggling to make ends meet or who were saving without a plan. She has a firm
belief in educating her clients to help them make the best decisions for their financial futures. It is Jill's desire
to help other families prepare for life's "what-ifs" through proper planning, goal setting and risk management while
still being able to enjoy the here and now.
