IPWEN Presenter's Biography - Kandi Schubert
Kandi Schubert, M.A.
In her presentations and workshops on change, renewal, leadership and team development, Kandi equips
her participants to successfully navigate a world of constant challenge, limitless choice, and relentless change. As a survivor
of three corporate re-engineerings, she speaks with insight and humor about the loss and recovery of dreams in career and
personal life. As a coach, Kandi has helped new managers, executives and entrepreneurs: leaders at every level work—and
live—with more effectiveness, purpose and joy.
Drawing upon leadership experience in senior management positions,
training, and operations management as well as organizational development, Kandi brings a refreshingly candid insider's perspective
to the issues of teambuilding, creativity consulting, conflict management, performance coaching, career counseling, personal
development, and relationship enrichment in her work.
A graduate of the University of Colorado, Kandi earned her
coaching certification through The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Her professional affiliations include the International
Coaching Federation, Computer Education Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Kandi
has been delivering leadership development workshops since moving to Idaho Falls where she resides with Allen, her husband,
Amber, her daughter, two golden retrievers and a cat.
